No man can live without someone else in the world. He needs to interact with others to fulfill his needs as an individual and social person. Interaction happens in a similar or different culture. As long as culture differences, people find difficulties to live in an unknown and a new culture. The differences between cultures can make it very difficult to adjust to the new surroundings. Culture shock grows easily for someone who lives and works overseas. The result is cultural misunderstanding through cultural incidents. It sometimes gives negative effects in a person physically and psychologically. Culture shock needs a solution in order to get succeed in living or working overseas.
